Is there a size limit for the game I submit?

Yes. The maximum .ccgame zip file size is 200 MB.

Who owns the IP?

You retain ownership in your originally developed game subject to the licensing terms for the XNA Game Studio 2.0 tool; however, by submitting your entry into this Contest, you are granting Microsoft and its designees the right to use, review, assess, test and otherwise analyze your entry in connection with the Contest.

What does it mean to allow Microsoft to use my game for PR and marketing?

By submitting an entry for this Contest, you are giving Microsoft and its designees permission to feature your entry and any associated materials in its promotional materials and campaigns for this Contest in any medium including, but not limited to, website, television, radio and/or print.
