In the meantime, you can start working on your Game using XNA Game Studio 3.0, and, if you register for the Contest as instructed below, we'll notify you when XNA Game Studio 3.1 is available and provide guidance for how to port your game from XNA Game Studio 3.0 to XNA Games Studio 3.1.
